Hi All,

We use next netsnmp on RHEL7.3.

---
[***@rh73-01 ~]# rpm -qa |grep snmp
net-snmp-libs-5.7.2-24.el7_2.1.x86_64
net-snmp-devel-5.7.2-24.el7_2.1.x86_64
net-snmp-utils-5.7.2-24.el7_2.1.x86_64
net-snmp-agent-libs-5.7.2-24.el7_2.1.x86_64
---

When setting of SNMP_PERSISTENT_DIR of the user is not right, the snmptrap command outputs the next error message.

-----
Cannot rename /var/lib/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf to /var/lib/net-snmp/snmpapp.0.conf
Cannot unlink /var/lib/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf

Failed to create the persistent directory for /home/xxxxx/snmpapp.conf
-----

The snmptrap command seems to work well.
The influence thinks that there is not it for movement.

Even if the user ignores these error message, does practice of snmptrap not have any problem?
Or does the practice of the snmptrap command have a problem?

Best Regards,
Hideo Yamauchi.
